Simulating chemistry

There a probably other things that can be simulated more efficiently using a quantum computer, apart from chemistry. Can you think of a few?

Besides from chemical compounds and new materials, quantum computing can help understand areas of physics that are not yet well understood, like low-temperature physics and quantum many-body physics. In the end, a quantum computer is a quantum system that you are able to control and read as you want.
