Quantum Computers
It's time to get practical! After hearing all these stories about Quantum Computers, it is now time to dive into the specifics. How do we build one? In fact, how is a single qubit actually realized? This video will raise several questions on all the problems which arise when building a quantum computer in the lab, which we will be addressed in the videos of this Quantum Computer section.

- A short introduction on the Quantum Flagship website about NV Centers in Diamond and how to manipulate them.
- Clean explanatory video on youtube about Quantum Dots.
- This blog by Guanzhong Wang is quite technical, but the introduction gives a good general idea of Majorana Fermions
- Another state-of-the-art-qubit is the superconducting qubit. Research in superconducting quantum computing is conducted by Google, IBM, IMEC, BBN Technologies, Rigetti, and Intel. Although the concept of superconducting qubits is fairly complicated and technical, this website and video will get you started.
